The newly reimagined eBus is currently providing customers in underserved communities with in-person opportunities to use one of the many digital stations or tablets available on the eBus to explore SpringFour’s resources through Fifth Third’s use of our product, S4connect.

The Financial Empowerment Mobile, also known as the eBus by Fifth Third, is dedicated to bringing financial access and education directly to communities, especially those that are underserved. In 2024, the eBus has been revamped to provide an array of enhanced experiences. One of the notable additions to the eBus’s offerings is the integration of SpringFour’s services, a prominent fintech specializing in social impact financial wellness.

Fifth Third has partnered with social impact fintech SpringFour to offer financial resources to underserved communities across the country. The eBus will travel to underserved communities across the bank’s footprint and give consumers access to 23,500+ nonprofit and government resources through its collaboration with the social impact fintech.

Fifth Third’s Financial Empowerment Mobile, commonly known as the eBus, brings financial access and education directly into communities, especially underserved areas. For 2024, the eBus has been reimagined to offer enhanced experiences including immediate checking account opening, face-to-face consultation pods for private conversations, computer workstations for guests and broader services. The increased offerings of the eBus include the services of SpringFour, a leading social impact financial wellness fintech, that connects visitors to more than 23,500 financial wellness resources from nonprofit and government agencies.
